Dates and Phases:

The Canton Fair is divided into three phases, each showcasing different categories of products:

- Phase 1: October 15-19, 2024  

Products: Consumer electronics, home appliances, auto parts, lighting products, electronic components, hardware, and tools.

- Phase 2: October 23-27, 2024  

Products: Daily ceramics, home goods, kitchenware, home decorations, holiday items, gifts, glass crafts, craft ceramics, clocks, watches, garden supplies, woven and rattan products, building materials, bathroom fixtures, and furniture.

- Phase 3: October 31 - November 4, 2024  

Products: Home textiles, carpets, clothing (men’s, women’s, and children’s), lingerie, sportswear, leather goods, fashion accessories, textile materials, shoes, bags, food, sports and leisure items, medical products, pet supplies, bathroom products, personal care items, office stationery, toys, maternity and baby products.

Venue:

The fair will be held at the China Import and Export Fair Complex, located at No. 382, Yuejiang Middle Road, Haizhu District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

Important Steps for Securing Your Buyer Pass

As you prepare for the 136th Canton Fair, we want to make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here are some essential tips and information to help you with your visit:

1. Pre-Register Online: To save time at the venue, please pre-register for your Canton Fair Buyer Pass on the official Canton Fair Registration Platform. Once registered, you can collect your pass at the designated international buyer registration counters. Note that on-site registration will not require filling out a physical registration form.

2. Pass Validity: Your Canton Fair Buyer Pass is valid for multiple sessions. Please keep it safe as you can use it for future fairs.

Registration Locations for International Buyers

To ensure a hassle-free entry, you can obtain your buyer pass from the following locations:

• Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport: International buyer registration point.

• Designated Hotels in Guangzhou: Many hotels have registration counters (approximately 40 hotels).

• Hong Kong Office: Available year-round for pass issuance.

• Pazhou Port (Macao Passenger Terminal): Another convenient location for obtaining your pass.

Important Notes

1. Government Invitation Letters: If required, government invitation letters for international buyers should be obtained before September 5, 2024, as the system will be open for processing from that date. On-site issuance of invitation letters will not be available.

2. Limited Quotas for Procurement Representatives: There is a limited number of passes for procurement representatives. Once the quota is filled, no additional passes will be issued.

How to get to the Venue

• By Taxi:

Taxis are a convenient option in Guangzhou. To pick up or drop off at the venue, use the designated taxi pick-up points:

- A Zone: Middle Road, Exhibition Hall.

- C Zone: East Side of Exhibition Hall.

Please note that taxis cannot stop in other areas of the exhibition hall.

• By Metro:

The metro is a reliable and efficient way to reach the fair. Here’s how to get there:

- From the Airport:

Airport North/South Stations: Take Line 3 (North Extension) to Tianhe Sports Center, transfer to Line 8, and get off at Xingangdong Station (A Zone) or Pazhou Station (B and C Zones).

- From Guangzhou Railway Station:

Take Line 2 (Direction Guangzhou South) to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 to Xingangdong Station (A Zone) or Pazhou Station (B and C Zones).

- From Guangzhou East Railway Station:

Take Line 3 (Direction Panyu Square) to Kecun Station, transfer to Line 8 to Xingangdong Station (A Zone) or Pazhou Station (B and C Zones).

- From Guangzhou South Railway Station:

Take Line 2 (Direction Jiahe Wanggang) to Changgang Station, transfer to Line 8 to Xingangdong Station (A Zone) or Pazhou Station (B and C Zones).
