Invested in by Wenchang Group and operated by Vance Hotel Group, Vance Hotel is an upcoming integrated destination for business, leisure, and cultural travel. Designed around the concept of smart light luxury, the hotel brings together elegant aesthetics, advanced functionality, and guest-centered comfort.

For this project, Hongye Furniture Group delivered bespoke fixed furniture solutions throughout the hotel. From public areas to guest rooms and supporting facilities, every detail was developed with craftsmanship, functionality, and a cohesive visual language in mind.

#Lobby

The lobby features a double-height design that replaces the visual limits of a conventional flat layout with a more open, transparent, and artistic atmosphere.

A custom 9-meter floor-to-ceiling metal bookshelf serves as the focal point of the space. Its slim metal frame and staggered grid composition create a clean architectural rhythm, while books and decorative objects introduce a sense of culture and quiet sophistication.

Next to the lobby, an immersive café lounge integrates reception, informal meetings, and social interaction. Together, these spaces create an elegant first impression for business travelers, leisure guests, and visitors seeking a more elevated hospitality experience.

#Restaurant

The dining space combines panoramic curtain walls, deep green display cabinets, and customized buffet stations to create a layered and visually distinctive environment. 

Hongye Furniture Group's fixed-furniture solutions connect the restaurant's different functional areas while maintaining order within the open layout. Customized cabinetry, service counters, buffet stations, and display systems support efficient hotel operations without compromising the guest experience.

The result is a dining environment suited to a range of occasions—from business entertaining and breakfast meetings to relaxed social gatherings.

The hotel offers 128 guest rooms in multiple configurations, including smart light-luxury rooms, connecting rooms, king rooms, and twin rooms. Equipped with remote-working systems, the rooms are designed to meet the changing needs of business travel, short stays, and urban leisure escapes.
