Hotel Furniture Solution Project for Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotel

Shanghai Jinjiang International Hotel in Lingang, a collaboration between Jinjiang International Hotel Management Co., Ltd. and LiSheng Hotel Group's Jinjiang and LiSheng Select brands, opened its doors on September 28, 2023. The custom furniture procurement for the hotel and serviced apartments, with a winning bid of 18 million RMB, was awarded to Hongye Group.

Located in the burgeoning Lingang New Area, the hotel is the country's first "Scientist Community" urban unit, a major project in Shanghai, and a crucial part of the World's Top Scientist Forum Conference Center in Lingang New Area, Project 001. The furniture package for the conference center project, valued at 10.26 million RMB, was delivered for use in November of the previous year.

A Landmark in Lingang – Shining with New Stars

Shanghai Lingang Jinjiang International Hotel is a landmark, covering over 90,000 square meters, seamlessly integrating business and leisure accommodations, conference facilities, banquet events, and leisure vacations. Embracing regional characteristics and blending music and science, the hotel creates a unique high-end experience for its guests.

Designed with the concept of "Sky is High, Sea is Vast, Setting Sail for the Future," the hotel positions itself as the "Eastern Salon" to cater to the vibrant Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) demand in the region. The architecture, with its gradually shifting horizontal lines and photovoltaic glass roofs, symbolizes the new era and prosperity of Lingang, also achieving LEED green building certification for sustainable development.

Hotel Lobby

The hotel lobby features an AI interactive experience area, using scientific, autostereoscopic 3D, and lighting effects to simulate scientific achievements, making research results fun and visually appealing. With floor-to-ceiling windows along the corridors of the hotel and conference center, enhanced by skylights, guests can seamlessly connect with the surroundings, capturing both landscapes and the changing atmosphere.

Deluxe King Size Room

With an area of 55 square meters, the Deluxe King Size Room features a 2-meter king-size bed, a warm and natural room style, and ample natural light. The room is elegantly furnished, with a sofa by the floor-to-ceiling window for panoramic views and a relaxing atmosphere. The low saturation color scheme adds a touch of elegance, and the room's design, with no central overhead light, utilizes light strips to create a layered space.

Suite-Deluxe

With an area of 75 square meters, the Deluxe Suite cleverly separates the living/office space, offering a spacious and bright environment for a seamless transition between leisure and business modes. The room features a light strip design without a central overhead light, and an intelligent lighting system, creating a dynamic and layered space. The modern and elegant room design, soft color tones, and high-quality furnishings make every corner a "high-end" experience.

Executive Twin Room

The Executive Twin Room, spanning approximately 55 square meters, provides spacious accommodation for two adults, with separate living, office, and bedroom areas.

Luxury Flat

The hotel's apartment suite, ranging from 80m² to 135m², includes a living room, kitchen, and dressing room, offering both leisure and business meeting functions. The open-plan dining area is equipped with complete kitchenware, WMF tableware, and modern smart appliances, providing a unique and ceremonial experience. The bedroom features a 2-meter king-size bed, simple and atmospheric design, floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, and a television for enjoying different views. The open kitchen and dining area are connected, creating a warm and familiar atmosphere, with a fully equipped kitchen. The suite also includes a separate wet and dry shower area, enhancing the accommodation experience.

Feast Restaurant

As an open all-day restaurant, Feast Restaurant adopts Nordic and Mediterranean design styles, creating a vibrant atmosphere. With a focus on Western cuisine and integrating the essence of Chinese cuisine, each dish reflects the chef's craftsmanship and creativity, allowing guests to enjoy global delicacies without leaving the hotel.

Fresh Banquet Restaurant

The Fresh Banquet Restaurant exudes contemporary oriental elegance, offering a variety of Chinese specialties. Ten elegantly decorated VIP rooms enhance the exclusivity of the dining experience, with options for a 20-person private room and two 16-person private rooms.

Meeting and Banquet Halls

With over 65,000 square meters of event space spanning two floors, the hotel's conference and event spaces are depicted in an open and transparent artistic language, showcasing modern innovative vitality. It has become an ideal venue for international conferences, top forums, and various events. The 3,300-square-meter column-free top-grade conference hall is grand and elegant, with a 13.6-meter high ceiling and modern conference facilities, accommodating over 2,500 guests. All venues are equipped with high-quality intelligent lighting systems and audiovisual multimedia systems, providing a beautiful and atmospheric design, modern advanced service facilities, and meeting the needs of various banquets and events.

Swimming and Fitness

The third floor of the hotel houses a 1,700-square-meter fitness center and SPA wellness area, delivering healing energy to the monotonous business travel life. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the indoor heated pool, experiencing a liberating feeling akin to fish in the water.
